In the Finance area, we aim to bring the same Value-Add philosophy that the other areas within Arrow ECS bring to your company. We do this by tailoring the customer requirements to your needs rather than a one size fits all approach.
By offering a flexible approach to credit, we expect to grant the majority of customers a suitable credit line for your day to day trading activities. Now and again, we understand there are business pressures and we do expect you to talk to us on a proactive basis, because when we are engaged early enough, we are usually able to create a solution which benefits everyone.

We do use a Trade Insurer, so we would encourage any of our partners to engage with these larger insurers, they can make life so much easier for all concerned if there is a good working relationship and information sharing between the Insurer and yourself.

In addition to these documents, as part of our Value-Add proposition, we are also able to offer the following solutions as support tools to ensure you have plenty of options to close business:
Deposit Agreement (sometimes known as Escrow or Client Account)
Where you win a large piece of business and your credit facility isn’t sufficient to help you realise the opportunity, we can create a Deposit Agreement and open a bank account where your Customer pays the money into. Once the account is in funds, both parties will get paid from this account.
We are fortunate to have access to some of the leading IT Vendor financing houses such as IBM Global Finance who are seasoned operators in meeting the needs of all Business Partners in the transaction chain and most are now able to finance non-Vendor specific products as well as Software, Services and Maintenance offerings.
For those end user customers who prove a little more challenging when it comes to arranging finance, we deal with IQ Finance Plc who have demonstrated a really innovative and niche way of closing deals.
Working in conjunction with IBM Global Finance, they will work with you to secure additional working capital financing, loans or cash advances to fund stock, debtors, acquisitions or other business initiatives.
