Operations is responsible for the full administration of our channel partners’ orders and is available to handle all sales queries from placing an order through to delivery and acceptance. We also leverage strong bargaining power in purchasing new products and services. With our extensive industry experience, we can source products within very short timescales. Where appropriate, our purchasing managers will process vendor rebate programmes on your behalf, once again releasing your time for higher value activities.

• Quotations and order processing
• Procurement
• Backlog reports (daily if required by channel partners)
• Sales out reports (if required by channel partners)
• Liaising with channel partners for progression of orders, deliveries and proof of delivery, RMA and more

In addition we aim to add value in the following areas.

• Twice yearly customer satisfaction surveys, linked to improvement action plans
• Continuous process review including driving further automation of administration
• Business analysis services via your account managers
