Our close working relationships with leading vendors means we can assist with specific expertise and provide access to valuable vendor funding and support.
Each vendor relationship at Arrow ECS has a dedicated business development team that works with our business partners to generate incremental business, specific to the aligned vendor. These business development teams can come together to design specific solutions from a number of vendors that will solve individual customers' requirements.
Our marketing managers live and breathe their own specialist area, and work with our account managers and resellers to create demand in the IT marketplace for our mutual core offerings. We are able to draw together solutions from different vendors and translate the benefits of new technology into a meaningful proposition for the customer. This is particularly powerful in reaching smaller businesses with real needs but limited technical awareness.
