Quote and Configuration Teams
Arrow ECS has developed specialist Quote and Configuration Teams for storage and security whose sole responsibility is to deliver quality, accurate and timely quotations across all Arrow ECS vendors, taking the complexity away from our resellers. These teams are highly skilled, qualified and accredited individuals that specialise in their individual vendor solutions.
Administration Sales Support Teams
The Sales support teams are responsible for the full administration of our reseller orders and are available to handle all sales queries from placing an order through to delivery and acceptance:
- Order input
- Liaising with procurement
- Backlog reports (daily if required by resellers)
- Liaising with resellers for progression of orders, deliveries and proof of delivery, and more
