Harrogate, U.K. (26th July 2011) – Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. [NYSE: ARW], has signed Isilon as a new supplier in the United Kingdom, providing an even greater selection of storage and cloud-ready products for resellers and their customers.
A recently acquired division of EMC, Isilon delivers new scale-out network-attached-storage products that offer the performance, scale and simplicity required to support big data workloads and enable real-time analysis. The agreement with Isilon will enable Arrow ECS to help organisations create a complete, end-to-end platform for large data loads that scales in step with large-scale enterprise applications and intense workflows.
