What happens if my points do expire?

All points that have expired will be lost and cannot be re-instated. All claims are judged on the date the claim was made and not the date you made the order with Arrow ECS. This is important as delaying your claim could mean you lose your points or may force you to spend them on items you do not want. To ensure we give you every opportunity to spend or claim, we will be sending you reminder emails from 10 days prior to any points expiring.
