In addition, any technology purchased through Arrow ECS will automatically trigger the Renewals Service team to generate a proactive renewal quote three months prior to the initial contract renewing. Having provided the renewal quotation, the team will then work with the reseller to provide any additional information to help close the contract.

By ensuring that the renewals process is fully managed, Arrow ECS can also ensure that pressure from the manufacturer to take renewals directly can be minimised. This is achieved by holding weekly review meetings with each of the manufacturer support and maintenance teams.
