Please request this form by emailing hpvendor@arrowecs.co.uk and then return to this email address. Smart Portal To become an HP partner, you should log on to the HP Smart Portal at www.hp.com/eur/smartportal and register. You will then be able to have access to all relevant data, including accreditations and programmes. The HP Smart Portal is the official online resource for HP partners. It is a secure website that offers a wide range of information, interactive tools and services designed to facilitate business between HP and its partners. Self Profiling When you have access to Smart Portal, the next stage is Self Profiling – all HP Registered Partners must submit and complete self-profiling information on an ongoing basis. By continually providing HP with up-to-date details on your company, you can ensure that they maintain accurate profiling data about your organisation. HP will treat the information provided in this questionnaire as confidential. To initiate the self-profiling process, please email your request to hp.partner@hp.com Revenue Threshold HP Registered Partners are required to meet a target sales revenue per annum from HP authorised distributors, to qualify for consideration for programme entry. Revenue is defined as total sell out across relevant product categories (excludes Supplies and Software Business). HP Preferred Partners are required to meet sales revenue targets per annum from HP authorised distributors, to qualify for programme entry. Portfolio Sales Training An important element of the Preferred Partner set criteria is the requirement for one nominated individual within your organisation to complete a focused set of training modules. This baseline web-based Portfolio Sales Training Programme is designed to ensure that HP Preferred Partners can advise and sell across the entire HP product portfolio. The aim of the training modules is to boost selling skills and to enhance the way you interact and work with HP. The nominated HP Champion to complete the training should be a specified individual within your sales organisation focusing on HP, or the key business or commercial contact with HP.
