Sun's vision is of a future - one not so far off - in which everyone on the planet, along with every object that has a digital or electrical pulse: from mobile phones and car systems to thermostats and RFID tagged goods, will be connected to a global network. The resulting traffic will require highly scalable and reliable systems from Sun/Arrow ECS to handle the volume efficiently.
Our immediate mission is to solve complex network computing problems for government, enterprise and service providers, through system design based on open standards and platform-independent Java technologies. By integrating the new systems, software and services that we regularly release, we've created a holistic solution that we call the Network Computer.
