All partners must now register Opportunities via the NetApp web-based PartnerEdge system. 

PartnerEdge is an integrated sales system that provides Network Appliance channel partners with the ability to identify and create opportunities, configure system solutions for their customers, and establish appropriate customer pricing. Outlined below you will find guidance on all aspects of PartnerEdge.  This includes the one off requirement of setting-up a PartnerEdge account.

Setting up a PartnerEdge Account

If you don’t already have a User ID for NetApp’s PartnerCenter then please follow the instructions on this document:

Partner Registration NOW Account document >> If you already have a PartnerCenter User ID, please download and complete the PartnerEdge User Request Form and send the completed form by email to xdl-pe-admin@netapp.com.

You will be contacted by the PartnerEdge team to confirm that you have been set-up with a PartnerEdge account. If you have yet to receive any training on the PartnerEdge system then your next step is to spend c.1 hour undertaking this web-based training course: Click Here >>

Signing on to PartnerEdge

PartnerEdge is accessible via the web using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. PartnerEdge requires a username and password to gain access (see above).  To launch PartnerEdge

• connect to the internet, start Internet Explorer & enter:
• https://pe.netapp.com.
• First time users should click on the trusted site setup link then select your locale setting. The NOW log-in page will appear- bookmark this as your production log-in.
• Enter your username & password to login. For first time users, a one-time software download will occur. If your company restricts downloads, please contact your IT dept or call the PartnerEdge Helpdesk at 1-866-3 NETAPP.
