Step 1

In order for us to deal with your orders and provide you the best in customer service, we will need to set up a prospect and credit account with you.  

All Business Partners need to be registered with IBM PartnerWorld® - the hub for IBM products, services, pricing information, certifications, co-marketing, financing, deal registration and everything else IBM related.

Members also have access to the 'Know Your IBM' loyalty scheme - meaning they earn points towards high-value prizes on each sale. Each time you sell IBM software, hardware, storage, or training, you get extra rewards for your hard work.

Once you’re set up your Account manager will develop a Business Partner Plan with you and assist with choosing the best route to market to procure any of the IBM portfolio and enable you to achieve the certifications, skills and competencies required to sell them.

Step 3

Your Account manager will introduce you to our wider IBM service team to assist with the execution and delivery of your business plan.

This may include marketing, pre-sales, technical and education services.
