What should I do if I lose my card?

Go to the contact section once logged into the Inpartnership site and call the lost card telephone number.

How do I redeem my points?

Browse the reward catalogue, make your selection and your digital gift card will be emailed to you. You can also create wish lists to aim for as your points add up.

How long will it take for my digital gift cards to arrive when I redeem my points?

Once you’ve placed your order, your digital gift card(s) will be emailed to your registered email address within 5 working days. What happens if there is a problem with my digital gift card when I try to use it? There are restrictions listed under each retailer product description. You should consult the terms and conditions of the product you are ordering, if you have any doubts about it before ordering please log in to your personal account and click on 'Contact' page to see a full list of contact details.

How do I change my personal details?

Go to 'My Details' tab within the statement page. To change your address, please enter your Post Code then click on 'Look Up Postcode', then select your address from the list. Within this tab you can also change your password!

  • The Inpartnership Reseller Reward Scheme is a long-term programme designed to bring resellers outstanding reward. New products and services will be updated on an ongoing basis and communicated to you directly, offering both Arrow and Vendor funded opportunities.
  • The Inpartnership Reseller Reward Scheme is managed using Rewardzone, the leading online reward solution. Rewardzone updates point values and availability daily, with over 50 new rewards added every week. Arrow cannot guarantee the availability of any advertised reward at the point of order.
  • All rewards are subject to Tax and Employers National Insurance liability. The third party employer will be responsible for any tax and Class 1A National Insurance contribution relating to all rewards.
  • Should any participant cease to be employed by the reseller, any Inpartnership Rewards points allocated to that participant will become void and their account will be closed within 24 hours of being notified.
  • All claims need to be submitted by the valid date shown in the claim form. Arrow reserves the right to remove any product or service promotion before the valid date due to over-subscription. Please ensure you submit your claim as soon as possible as Arrow will reward claims based on the claim date and not the sale date.
  • All claims must be completed accurately for quick approval. Incorrect claims will be declined and may result in loss of reward.
  • No cash or credit alternative to Inpartnership Rewards is available.
  • Inpartnership Rewards are not transferable.
  • The validation of all claims will take place at least every 7 days.
  • The decision of Arrow is final in the case of any dispute.
  • Arrow reserves the right to withdraw this programme at any stage without notice.
  • This promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other Arrow promotion.
  • The reward will be issued when Arrow has raised an invoice or the delegate has attended the course.
